Electronic Patient Files

This software creates a patient electronic file with encrypted ePHI. Clinic Wiz allows administrators to assign different access levels and functions to individual users. Users will be able to view some, or all, of the sections and categories in a patient’s file—depending on their assigned access. Patient Forms require Provider approvals before they are final. With Clinic Wiz you can track which Interns and Observers are involved on any given patient visit. It also includes Intern and Observer Progress reports designed to track ACAOM Requirements.
